This is the reason why from 2015 he started the project for the production of organic ancient pasta and flour, such as senator cappelli and stone-ground buckwheat, long-drying. It is therefore possible to buy pasta in different formats such as: pici, lilies, tagliatelle, mezzemaniche and fusilli directly on the farm or via email.
